Online middle school courses?

Is there any way for me to go to regular school and take online middle school or high school courses (not online school, just courses) that would help me get ahead and/or graduate high school early? Im going into the 8th grade.

Can I get a federal student loan for medical school already having a private loan for undergrad?

Can you still get federal aid for graduate school even though you didn’t use it for undergrad ( instead you took a private loan), and are making payments on your private loan?

If I graduate from a foreign medical school in China will I be able to do residency in California, or Texas?

From what I have heard getting residency in CA or TX is the hardest of all 50 states. I am going to be a graduate froma medical school in China and I was wondering if I could come back to the US and successfully get a residency. The school is listed in the WHO list so I am able to appear in the USMLE exams. With all this I was wondering if I culd work in CA or TX?
