She took her evaluation and she only got 3 questions wrong and they were 3rd grade level questions. I have heard very mixed reactions on having your child skip a grade. Does anyone have any advice? She is being tested at her school on Friday….

so i will be a coop student at a senior Kindergarten. so im going to be helping the teacher… i am a 16-year-old male.
im not too sure what i should wear. (the principal of the school wore jeans and a hoody to my interview…)(it was the schools hoddy)

i remember when i was in like kindergarten i couldn’t speak english very well and everyone picked on me til like 3rd grade when my english was alot better. then towards 8th and 9th grade i was like a brat cause i picked on alot of people. my JR and SR year i did very little picking or getting picked on.

My daughter is starting kindergarten on Monday. I got in the habit of sending lunchables with her to Preschool. Now I’m trying to wean her off that junk, because now that’s all she is willing to eat. I need some cute but healthy ideas.

Can I enroll my kids in public school in Belgium?

I am considering going to Brussels for a few months to assist a friend who lives there. I have two school age children. Would I be able to enroll them in school for the time we are there. I would also keep them up on their school work from their American school, but would like them to experience school in Belgium. They know some French and are in kindergarten and first grade so could pick up language quickly. Thoughts, advice, pros, cons - all welcome.

i am going crazy with this bus schedule, plus i am going to have a baby at the end of the winter. so i was wondering if anyone out there could give me some info on home schooling. my daughter is only in kindergarten but it would be so much easier if i was able to home-school her. i live in west virginia and i was wondering if there was anything special i needed to know or how to do it, where i could even start to go about this! thank you SO much.
