Does One Semester Grade for High School Kill Your Chances into College?

like for honors english/history (there combined) in the 10th grade
If you get a C average for quarter one and two.
but you get a 57% on an final exam for the semester
will it affect my chances a lot (for colleges like in hawaii)

the girl is 2 years younger han me i sit next to her because of an assigned seat she talks to me A LOT and gets defensive when somebody makes fun of me. shegazes at me and holds eye contact 4 a few quick seconds i glance back 4 a few seconds and then she starts talking again. i find it awkward that she is flirting with me and shes 2 years younger than me! im in 8th shes in 6th but were both in 7th grade in polish skool.

My question is how come it is ok for a preschool to be able to not except my daughter?

The preschool told me that unless she has special needs, or i make below income level she can not attend preschool. How is that fair, to me that is wrong, if they didn’t let her in b/c she had something wrong with her, i could sue them. Does anyone have any suggestions?
the problem is i don’t make a lot of money i am a single mom just trying to do the best for my kid and i can’t afford a private preschool, i make to much to get help but not a lot to do everything

Im a junior in high school. I take 5 AP classes so i have a lot of homework.

Do U think I should do the homework now or sleep all afternoon and night until i feel refreshed(like 3:00AM)?

do schools permit students who are guide dog puppy raisers to bring their dogs to school?

I am interested in becoming a puppy raiser for seeing eye dogs, and would like to know what the regulations are at schools for having guide dog puppies on campus. I know that law requires schools to allow fully certified guide dogs on their property, but am not sure what the laws are when the dogs are still in training. I’ve trained a lot of dogs, and I know that in order for them to become well disciplined, you have to spend as much time as possible with them, and the only way for me to do that would be to bring the pup to school with me. Have any idea what the Ohio laws are for this?

This may sound like a really weird question, but I have never really tried to approach a really shy girl, as I have never truly been interested in one. I should add in she is really beautiful, but I never see anyone talk to her, so I’d like to give it a go. I have a lot of confidence, and am extremely easy to get along with, so it shouldn’t be too hard, but I’d like some advice, thanks all for your help!

There is this guy and hes a year older then me. Well seance we met he always says hi to me and high fives me a lot for no reason. One time after school he showed me his report card also he sits next to me a lot when we are hanging out. I see him like everyday now he is always somewhere when i can see him and when i don’t he always runs up to me just to say hi! He only does it to me, he doesn’t do that to my friends. So how do i know if he likes me for sure??
