What should I teach, Elementary or High School?

Well, I’m in a program right now that allows me to “student teach” in a fifth grade setting. I really enjoy that grade level, but I’m starting to look into High School now. In the beginning I didn’t want to do High School because I didn’t want to teach the same subject all day long. But I have a teacher that teaches College English, Senior English, Psychology, and Sociology, and I would love a teaching job like that. I was wondering what the pro’s and con’s are of teaching elementary vs. high school. I’m also wondering how someone can become licensed to teach two different subjects. I’m going to GVSU to get my teaching degree, and I plan to major in English, if that helps!
I feel that people have more respect for High School Teachers, but I don’t want to base my decision on that. People always say that “Elementary Teaching is so simple”. But I don’t agree, because the information is harder to get across with younger kids, and you have less knowledge to work with…

ex-boyfriend.should it affect me?

Last week i saw my ex boyfriend walking down the street and he came and gave me a hug…(we broke up previous to that because he hooked up wit a girl the same day he saw me)… we started talking and i found out our boss had called both of us 2 move ladders and stairs & set some stuff up in a magnet school were we worked previosly tutoring children.when we walked he kept staring at me and telling me that he missed me after when we were moving stairs into a small dressing room when we we leaving he smacked my *** and i jumped and told him to stop becuase thats not what we were there for. he said sorry and we continued working. when we were almost finished he was telling me that he’s sorry for everything and wished it wouldn’t have turned out the way it did. i ignored him and we went into the storage room to put stairs away. the room was dark and when i grabbed the lightswitch he stopped me and kissed me at first i pused him away then i gave into him.now i cant stop thinkin of him HELP!
we had been together for 3 years and i was deeply in love with him..and at a point he was in love with me also but he does like to mess around with other girls. i just feel like jello when i get around him…i am hurt by him but the more i try to let him go the more i love him and want him in my life….its hard cuz he is a player but i just dont know…cuz he hurts me and he doenst even know it half the time…

I told this guy last year I liked him (I didn’t mean to tell him) but I also told him I’d rather stay friends cuz I didn’t want to ruin a perfectly good friendship if anything were to go wrong with a relationship. I now go to school (all grls) with his grlfrnd. He knows I still like him, she doesn’t, I’m friends with her. He’s says he’s happy with her so I’m not making astir in their relationship. He used to like me and he may still. She’s nice and I don’t want to be mean to her and especially him, but should I let her know? should I step in between? or should I wait for him?

how should I prepare for boarding school?

I’m leaving on friday october 5th for boarding school, I’m “affraid” or nervous I suppose I should say because, I **** and love my family. I just really don’t know if’ I’m ready to go yet. I don’t want to go to my local school because it didnt work out for me for the past 5 years. If anyone could give me some help it would be greatly appreciated.

I live in the U.S., specifically California and would like to know which are the top 5 Med Schools to apply to? I’d also like to know what types of extraordinary talents one would have to demonstrate besides having the best grades and great M-Cat scores? I understand many undergrads do exceptionally well, as I do; however, I’d would love to truly stand out.

I love school very much but it begins to upset me as to the number of pupils who be dissing me and complaining about me. They snarl and shout at me. I girl came up to me and started being rude dancing to me? Is there a problem with me?

I am 15 and i love dancing around and having fun and I really want to take dance classes for hip hop and jazz but I don’t know- is it too late to start now at my age?
Most girls start when they are little. So dancers out there- is it ok to start later?

I’m writing a story and I’m having trouble picking the location. I’ve considered these three. I’m just not sure which of the three would fit the story the most.
1 CommentThe story is a teen romance. The female character is a…well, I’m having trouble with this as well. I’m not sure if I want to make her a private, catholic or magnet ***********.
I’d like your opinions about this too, please.
But she meets this boy and yeah, falls in love with him. He’s an artist, an introvert, unafraid, intelligent in his own manner, etc. He also has a scar on his left cheek that he got when he was a child during a rather disturbing time in his young life.
She’s a bookworm, quiet, shy, obedient (I guess would be the word, as in she doesn’t get in trouble; a good girl, so to speak).
I’m also considering having one of her close ‘girl’ friends develop a crush on her. Which will create some type of tension between the three.
So, yeah.
