Has anyone went to boarding school and did you dislike it?

I went and I disliked it,I was bullied by kids,teachers and staff.I was stuck there for several years.My parents would
refuse to take me out.I have fantasies on shooting up Mills
School(closed 1978) in Ft.Lauderdale Florida.
I have always been an outcast of society.I had no where to turn for help.That school did not help me at all.
What was your experience at Boarding School?

Could i get into a pharmacy school starting off at a community college?

Ok so i wanted to go to pharmacy school but i did not have the money. And no job or anything right now so i couldnt get a loan (my parents wouldnt help me out). I just got out of high school and the only thing i can moderatly afford is community college. So can i start at a community college and go into a pharmacy program. How would i go about doing that and how long would it take?

How much is average for infant care?

I live in upstate NY. We are taking care of a premature, (by 3 months) baby that is now 6 mo. old. He has a few medical problems and is on 6 different meds during the day and night. I was just wondering what we should be figuring for the cost of care. We have him basically day and night as the parents don’t seem to have any time for him. They MAYBE spend 2 hours a week with him and even that is distracted by their friends. What do you think we should be charging? How much should we pay a sitter when we need one?

Parents claimed 25 year old son on taxes.he does not live with them or go to school?

My fiances’ parents claimed him on their taxes. I tried filing his return electronically and received an email stating this. He has been living with me since last March. He works for himself and does not attend school. I believe his parents are in the wrong and are just trying to get his money. What can we do to straighten out this situation?

What are the different PRACTICES of christian and catholic and why?

Ive read alot of your Q&A about the differences but none of them seem to answer the question of practices and why. Like why do I have to tell my sins to a priest or light a match? Christians talk straight to god. Why do Catholics baptize babies? Their not sinners. And..to be BAPTIZED you have to be burried not sprinkled or dabbed on the forehead. And why MUST children be raised catholic just because their parents or parent is catholic? Why is there catholic schools that cost so much? If it was in gods doing…would he charge you for something? I think not! And why is the “Priest” also known as “The Father”? To my knowledge there is only 1 “father”…in heaven! For these and other reasons I believe that catholics are wrong…I’m not saying its wrong to get to god if thats what you believe, but its wrong to make people believe in false teachings and scriptures. I would love to hear any feedback on this…wether you agree or disagree? thanks

I have read that part of the Catholic scriptures where written by man and Christians scripture are all from god with no manly interpetations. Thats part of the reason this question is up here. Anyways thank you all and still waiting for more posts…thank you

Do you or have you attended this school?

I’m currently a student at the International Academy of Design and Technology. I’m a soon-to-be former student at IADT. When I went through the enrollment process last summer, I was told to have a graduation date in March 2008 by my admission’s rep. I was also presented with how much the Associate’s and Bachelor’s program costs. My Associate’s program was quoted at $34,000 and change. I take 3 classes. I’ve already taken out $34,000 in loans for October 2006-June 2007. I renewed and took out loans for July 2007-March 2008. Well I was informed last night that hey, I’m not graduating in March, I’m actually graduating NEXT September. News to me…4 quarters in and I just now find this out and also find out I have an internship? My parents and I are infuriated. They want to take legal action because instead of me paying around $34,000 for my schooling, it’s going to come out to double what I was initially told. I’ve also heard about class action lawsuits against my school this afternoon.
A girl posted on a MySpace forum saying she tried to transfer to a university and none of her credits would go through because they said the school was not an accredited college. This is a whirlwind to me. I’m in shock, I feel betrayed and helpless. I really don’t know what to do from here. If you think you can help, please message me or answer here and I can try to give you as many details as possible.
The school lied to me telling me it was a “4-star accredited college.” And now I’m finding it hard to believe. The president of the school in Pittsburgh was arrested for embezzlement. Awesome.
This is not an online school..at least not for me. I actually go to the school and attend classes. It’s for fashion design.
