We going to school to learn…

I didn’t go to school because I found it hard to talk to pupils and teachers, so kept staying at home. Shyness really affected me when I was in school.

My parents didn’t really care about me and either my two oldest brothers. They always keep saying things that’s upsets me and makes me feel down and they always call me ***. They don’t know what it is like to feel shy.

I’ve started college and I’ve been talking to a few boys.
When I’m with them I’m really shy, quiet, and really nervous I can’t help that. Most of the time I get really nervous. I feel everyone is looking at me. I’m really afraid that because of my shyness they don’t like me because I’m not as talkative as they are, and that really upsets me and most of the time I feel really down and most of the time I cry. I wish I could just be confident but I’m just too nervous and shy. and I’m not a bad person. I think I’m a nice person to know, but it’s hard to explain, maybe people will think I’m weirdo or something, I just want people to accept me for me.

I study ICT and English at college and I find it hard in both subjects because I need to do a lot of presentations. it really scare to stand up front of the class. I’m in trouble at college because I haven’t done any of my presentations. Once I tried but I ended up running. Everyone says that I’m the shyest person they ever met. I always feel that I want to hide someone. I never ever ate food in the college because I feel unconfident able. I do like college and I want to be educated.

i want to do well in college but can’t shyness is ruining it.
It’s affecting my work at college and social life and my friendships. When I ever talk to someone I freeze up.

I walk about 2 miles day because I feel really scare to go on a bus. The last time I was on a bus it was 11 months ago. It’s gotten worse and worse over the last few years.

I bought Cds, DVDs and books from online but nothing changed. I tried and tried to work at it though but nothing changed. And honestly I don’t have even a friend or family that I can talk to.
